Rotary Read-a-Loud is a partnership between the Rotary Club of Panama City and the Early Learning Coalition of Northwest Florida.

GOVERNOR RICK SCOTT APPOINTS RITA L. ACOBA OF PANAMA CITY TO EARLY LEARNING COALITION OF NORTHWEST FLORIDA
TALLAHASSEE, FL – Today, Governor Rick Scott announced the appointment of Rita L. Acoba to the Early Learning Coalition of Northwest Florida. Acoba, 75, of Panama City, is a retired bank executive. She is appointed for a term beginning September 11, 2012, and ending April 30, 2016.
